1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services to deliver your Kissmybeauty orders safely and swiftly.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed once your payment clears—typically within 1–2 business days.
  • Our support team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM (EST), excluding U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

3. Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Your delivery date is calculated as:

ETA = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time is the period we need to prepare your order, counted in business days.
  • Transit Time is the time your package spends in the carrier’s network.

Note: These are estimates only. Once your package is en route, any delays are handled by the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your shipment departs.


6. Service Restrictions

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally.
  • APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

7. Customized & Personalized Orders
For items requiring bespoke design or modifications, please allow extra time beyond our standard handling period. The exact duration will depend on the complexity of your request, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


8. Order Tracking

  • After order confirmation, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
  • You’ll then receive a shipment notification with tracking details.
  • In some cases, carriers take 3–7 days to scan new parcels into their systems. If your tracking information is still pending after this period, rest assured it’s en route—once scanned, all details will appear.
  • If your order surpasses the estimated delivery window without an update, please contact us for assistance.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
To prevent delays:

  • Double-check your shipping information at checkout.
  • If an address correction is needed after dispatch, additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Kissmybeauty is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or for loss/theft resulting from carrier-initiated address changes. Returned packages are discarded by our logistics partners; regrettably, we cannot reship without a new order and shipping payment.
