At Kissmybeauty by Christopher Ray, your satisfaction is our mission. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll guide you through a hassle-free return.


2. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted on non-sale items within 180 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and accompanied by your sales receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Us page or email support@kissmybeauty.com (Subject: “Return Request”).
  2. Include in your message:
    • Full name on the order
    • Order number
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photos illustrating any defects or damage
    • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

We strive to respond to return requests within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM EST).


4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return cost: $0.00 for items deemed damaged or defective.
  • For all other approved returns, you are responsible for shipping fees.
  • We’ll provide an approved return address once your request is accepted.

5. Packing & Shipping Instructions

  1. Prepare your package with the original product(s) and a printout of your order confirmation.
  2. Ship via your preferred carrier (USPS, DHL, EMS, etc.).
  3. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor its return.

Once we receive and inspect your package, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial of your refund/replacement.


6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Replacements ship out under the same shipping guidelines as new orders.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Final-sale or customized products (unless defective)
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally

8. Incorrect Address & Customer Errors

  • Verify your shipping details carefully: we cannot refund shipping fees for returns due to incorrect addresses or ordering mistakes.
  • Kissmybeauty is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages if an address correction is requested after shipment.
