1. Order Exchanges
Please double-check your selections (size, design, quantity) before confirming your purchase. We do not exchange orders for selection errors after they’ve been placed. If you notice a mistake, you may cancel within 24 hours of ordering and submit a new order with the correct details. For help, contact our support team.
2. Order Cancellations
- Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement
- How to Cancel: Email us at support@kissmybeauty.com with your order number within the first 24 hours, and we’ll cancel and refund your payment in full—no fees.
- After 24 Hours: Orders are forwarded for production and cannot be canceled, as each item is made to order.
3. Refund Claim Requirements
When requesting a refund, please provide:
- A copy of your shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation)
- Photographic evidence of the defect or error
- Any relevant correspondence (e.g., email threads)
4. Return & Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email support@kissmybeauty.com with your documentation.
- Approval & Address: We’ll confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days and send you the return address.
- Ship Back: Send the package using your chosen carrier (USPS, DHL, EMS, etc.) and share the tracking number with us. You are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Inspection & Confirmation: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect your return and email you our decision.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of our confirmation email. If you haven’t seen the credit in your account after 10–15 days, please check with your bank or card issuer.
6. Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for items deemed defective or damaged.
- Kissmybeauty is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
- For ineligible returns or lost shipments, resolution must be pursued directly with your carrier.
